It is a fact that: NEW YORK, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- "Tap water may be legally safe but in reality could pose serious health risks because the 35-year-old federal law regulations

are out of date, scientists say. Ninety-one contaminants are regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act, but the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimated more than

60,000 chemicals are used within the United States, some of which could be considered dangerous. Among those thousands of extra chemicals scrutinized by scientists,

hundreds have been associated with a risk of cancer and other diseases at small concentrations in drinking water, the New York Times reported in its analysis of U.S. drinking

water test data.

Still, not one chemical has been added to the list of those regulated by law since 2000, its report said.

More than 62 million Americans have been exposed since 2004 to drinking water that did not meet at least one commonly used government health guideline,

the report said. The Times based its analysis on more than 19 million drinking-water test results from the District of Columbia and the 45 states that made data

available."

It is a Fact: There is only 3% potable water in the world, but 2% is inaccessible...polar ice caps. This leaves us with 1% potable water to sustain all of the world's water

needs: agriculture, industry, economic development, waste management, etc., etc. Subtract these usages from the 1% and you'd get about .2% potable drinking water. There

are at least 26 water-stressed countries who don't have enough water to sustain their needs. It is estimated that a child dies every 8 seconds from contaminated water and

that a billion people worldwide lack safe drinking water.

It is a Fact: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found dioxin (a byproduct of chlorine) to be 300,000 times more potent than DDT, and is believed to be

the single most carcinogenic chemical known to science. And thanks to chlorine pollution, Americans ingest a daily amount of dioxin that is already 300 to 600 times greater than

the EPA's so-called "safe" dosage.

It is a Fact: As of 2006, the Container Recycling Institute estimated 60 billion PET single-use beverage containers were bought. Approximately 45 billion of these were

How the Vortex Water Revitalizer Works

Revitalized water reverses the polarity (negative to positive) of toxic substances such as heavy metals, pesticides, nitrates, etc. These positively charged (+) toxic elements

cannot be absorbed into the body, since the cells also have a positive (+) charge and are electromagnetically repelled. These toxic elements pass through the system and are expelled.

Furthermore, existing negatively charged (-) toxins are flushed out of the system as they are electromagnetically attracted to the positively charged (+) revitalized water molecules.

The process used to restore the natural health of water is by our proprietary “ double spiral movement”.

In the units, the water is processed through a double spiraling flow form creating a very powerful vortex energy field. The vortex shape is found everywhere in nature from hurricanes, maelstroms, tornadoes, seashells, plants, antelope horns, shell fish, snails, the human DNA... It is always the natural path of least resistance that free-flowing water takes in order to keep itself healthy and energized. This is in sharp contrast to tap water which travels miles in straight pipes and 90 degree turns resulting in lifeless and low frequency water.

A scientific explanation of how the Vortex Energized Water System works is through my interpretation of an elaboration by Viktor Schauberger in his book, the Water Wizard.

It is done in a layman version to help you to better understand the process that water goes through to revitalize it back to a “living water” state:

"This is an explanation of the dynamics of a double spiraling flow pipe and how the vortical (vortex or actually vortices; many vortexes, not just one, which spiral down a central

axis within the pipe) movement of water through the pipe separates the oxygen and polluting particles from the water at the periphery, then because of the concentration of

oxygen and pathogenic bacteria (bad anaerobic bacteria) through the causation of centrifugal force(vortex action), the pathogenic bacteria are eliminated (oxygen saturation

of the anaerobic bacteria kills them). The surface tension of the water becomes softened (hydrophilic; self-cleaning properties) through the separation of the oxygen from

the carbon particles which results in a mechanical acceleration of the water which gives rise to a build-up of energy that purifies and sterilizes the water (that has eluded

conventional science’s understanding as of today). This is the action of the initial spiraling affect.

The ensuing spiral action (double spiral flow form) as the cooling particles are drawn toward the center once again: the temperature of the water at the inner core of the

vortex is cooler, while the water at the periphery is warmer. Within the cooler inner core, carbon gases are centralized whereas the oxygen, located at the warmer periphery,

spirals inward due to the cooler center and there begins an energy producing reaction between the oxygen and carbon particles from the periphery inwards, not affecting the

outer walls of the pipe. This energy sterilizes and purifies the water, while the particles that are not drawn into the center are pressed against the outer wall (due to the mechanical

pressure from the spiraling vortex action) and there these particles combine with and seal the pores of the outer walls (strengthening and solidifying them) which allows the water

to accelerate and build up additional energies."

In a very informative article by Jim Kaszyk, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts and is President and Chief Technologist for Kasz Enterprises, Inc. among many other credentials, had this analogy which helps to describe the value of structured water and it the ways that it may help to support the well-being of life's existence: both sand and quartz are chemically the same, however, quartz is highly structured allowing it to amplify electrical signals.
